You may think that the best pimento cheese is from the Masters at Augusta? Well we don’t want to brag but once you taste our stuff, you too will agree that we’ve “mastered” the pimento cheese.
Why our Pimento Cheese? Just cause we said so isn’t good enough?
Each ingredient we use is fresh and more important local. As Atlanta natives and small business owners it is important for us to support other local small businesses. Our “mastered” pimento cheese recipe highlights some of the south’s freshest ingredients. We use a natural rind cheddar and make our own mayonnaise with local cage-free eggs and apple cider vinegar for an extra yum! Then we put a chef spin on it, add some love, and you have pure deliciousness! As chefs it’s important to create as many ingredients from scratch as possible and we believe strongly in providing the simplest and purest part of food. So we challenge you to try our stuff, taste what a difference it makes to have food not only made from the heart, but by your neighbors. “All you need is cheese”!
